I also would agree that you should just replace it. I feel your pain I live up in the mountains of Colorado and the nearest fish store is 2+ hours from me. I would get a cheap 10 gal or use a Rubbermaid like above^. Sorry to see your sump cracked but you will sleep better at night knowing that your glue job isn't going to let go while you aren't home. The worries will only get worse the more valuable the livestock you eventually get.

Thanks. DIY was the way I did things years ago. I wish I had pictures of a lot of my projects from years ago. Lately, I have gotten old & lazy.

You know the Rubbermaid will probably hold up better then a high end sump, and $6 and and you have a new clean sump

i will just make a ruber maid one like the one above with a filter sock to catch all the junk and hide my protein skimmer there and grow cheato sorry i have not replied so busy lately

There is no way I would try and fix that. Just buy a new one.
