In honor of @mdbannister 's Full Tank Shot Friday. I'd like to do Sump Sunday. Post a picture and details of your sump. No matter how dirty it may be, in fact the dirtier the better ;) #SumpSun
Crystal 30 sump with a reef octopus skimmer and a sicce return pump. Smart ATO with a Kessil H380 lighting my fuge and my ReefKeeper :)

Great idea, I love to see pictures of the life support systems in place.

Here’s mine, you can’t see the skimmer behind the large skim mate catcher (aka wine making kit!) but it’s a NYOS Quantum 160

Crabs You run your skimmer "deep" . I didn't think I could run the output underwater . No splashing & noise . cool ! I'll get some pics after a trip to the grocery .
"Technically" I'm right on the edge for recommended water level lol

Homemade 40g breeder sump. Single filter sock, Tunze skimmer (only running 1/2 a day right now to try to increase some nitrates and phosphates into the system), varios6 return pump, Tunze ATO . The fuge section was taken off-line, but was using a homemade grow lamp when I was using it.

Thinking of adding a UV system soon.

Trigger 36" Elite. Vertex Omega 180i skimmer, Vectra L1 return (also feeding manifold), Tunze 3155 ATO, and a couple of reactors. Picture of both sides.

that's really unique and cool that you're able to access it from both sides instead like most where its just from the front of the stand.

One of the many benefits of a peninsular tank. :)

DBL , I really like the refugium . Nice & big !

It was a huge increase in space from my original sump/fuge for sure.

Speaking of sump Sunday . I have 2 going at the moment.

This is on the 75 Reef Experiment tank Not meant to look pretty . I built this out of acrylic & was very proud on my 1st big acrylic build. It leaks every so often so I have to pull.clean & reseal again. I made the return section entirely too big at the sacrifice of refugium space. Buy hey, I'm learning.

Now this one is a 75 gl sump for the 180 fish only . Again, I made the return way too big. This one I can change with not too much work.

Nothing fancy about these 2, just functional .

How do you like the Fiji baffle kit? I strongly thought about it before going with the trigger sump
