Without being able to QT, there's not much you can do. You could try soaking fish food with vitamin supplements (Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) in an attempt to further bolster his immune system.

If you do find yourself able to QT - I would try combining metronidazole, Furan-2 and Kanaplex for a wide spectrum of treatment.

Sorry to hear. :sad: Without a QT, your options to help him were very limited.

It's a internal infection. It looks pretty far along so I doubt the fish will make it but if you put some antibiotics in the tank it may become better.

He died the hole got a lot bigger and you could see halfway through him
