Hi there R2R community!
I have been telling my wife for the last few years that I wanted to get a saltwater fish tank. I mean, who wouldn't want one with all the colors and the fish and the corals and stuff. But the answer was always no.
Well she surprised me for our 5 year anniversary with a Red Sea Reefer 250. I'm not sure she realized that she actually gave me a years long hobby to obsess over but I'm just going to take it and smile.
This is what I had delivered and setup today.
Let me say the last tank I had was a 10 gallon full of guppies in 7th grade. I'm so ready for this 65 gallon reef system.....
I'm glad that this community is here to help me along the way. I've already used it to help me fix an issue with the tuning of my protein skimmer. I have a lot to learn, mistakes to make, and a fantastic reef to create.
