how is the color distinctive to an acantho?Most definitely acantho since it has the visible flesh extension and the color is distinctive to that of acanthophyllia. Beautiful nonetheless!
Too much texture on that close up picture to be a scolly. Acanthophyllia demonstrates the textured bumps seen on the close up photo.I can see it being a scoly. Hmmmm
