I'm with Ben [and Kevin] that you'll have no trouble forming a pair if you're committed and have the means to remove one if necessary. I use 'social acclimation boxes' to form pairs/trios, which works wonders, and lets you know immediately how the existing fish will react without any physical damage. They're nearly identical to what Elite Aquatics offers. Make sure to include a hiding place in these boxes (PVC, fake plant, etc.).So, your saying that it wouldn't be a disaster adding a second swissguard?
If you 'dump and hope' approach it, they may be onto somethingThe store that I bought this one said they would fight to the death in my 50 gallon tank.
