Caught this today on Facebook. TS-60 model (60"x18"x18"). It should really fit my need.

TS-60

Refugium is 25"x17.5" (I'm estimating 30 gallons?)
Skimmer is 16.25"x17.5"
Return is 8.75"x17.5"

They had a post up in December about it also. Has anyone ordered it yet? I'm getting conflicting pricing from then and now, which is only 7 weeks.

From what I've been told, acrylic prices fluctuate similar to gas. But don't hold me to that.

I can understand that but then the costs of every acrylic product out there would be volatile. This one doesn't make sense.

It does look pretty sweet in Mercury Red

I have been looking at the same sump. Also, they are just releasing the CL-60 which is the "sock" version which has 2 7" socks. Going with that murcury red either way, it is hot! I think they said $999 for the triton and $1049 for the sock. I am going to add the 1/2" bulkheads for reactor return. I will say they have been very responsive to all my requests.

Here's a link to a post they did in December. They said it was $899+freight in reply to a question on cost.

They told me the other day $1049. That's why I was looking for feedback if anyone else already preordered it or inquired. I haven't questioned them about it yet, but that post was only 7 weeks ago and they said they were taking orders for it.

I would be all over that at $899, but $1049 + probe holders + heater holders + ATO return fitting + freight (assuming it will be more than $135 for the TS-44)...it gets quite pricey.

@Steve P that was an introduction price we did during the initial release. $1049.99 is the pricing for the TS-60 and the new CL-60 we will be releasing soon. It's a large sump and does require crate and freight.

Yeah, I must have somehow missed where the introductory price was published as such. Nothing in the FB posts that I saw, nothing on the website.

Anyone end up getting one?
I actually got the TS 60 (Triton style) then changed my build so sold it and got the CL-60 (sock style), both are super quality and I was able to add some custom stuff (extra large bulkhead and an extra hole).

Sweet!

Can you upload some pictures? I’d love to see it. It’s hard to find any pics of this size besides the Synergy website.

How are you liking the sock chamber? Is it pretty quiet?

I will upload some pics later today, the sock style is still dry (note the tag line in my signature, I am slow) but I added the sock silencers which are supposed to really quiet the noise. There is a set for inside the sock rim and another set for when I run sockless (slightly larger diameter)

Here are some pics of the CL-60 sock style. It's still wrapped so forgive the tacky pics.

If i did it again I'd ask for the solid black back instead of the see through clear. I had that on the Triton style TL-60 and it was good for hiding cables etc.

Such a beautiful sump.

Synergy sent me some color samples out today.

I’m debating between clear acrylic for the front or “Storm Cloud”.

Thanks for uploading the pictures!

No problem, I'm glad to have the clear front so I can see what's going on (but mine is mounted out in the open in the basement). As I said above, consider asking for the solid color back if you want to hide the probe/skimmer/return pump/ etc cords out of sight. Good luck, I had several great experiences with Synergy, Rick and Vanessa are great to work with.

One more question on the CL60.

On the website, it says the return section is 8.75” x 17.5”.

Is it 8.75” of space where the return pump can sit or is it 8.75” including the baffle?

Reason I ask is because I plan on running 2 return pumps so I need to make sure I have room.

I have 8.5" between the baffle and exterior wall, so all open space there. If you're planning on 2 separate return bulkheads check with Rick at Synergy to make sure he can fit them in the space on the top. He put a smaller lid opening for me so I could line up my return pump outlet directly under the bulkhead.

What size is your display tank?

Which pump did you go with and what size pipe for your return?
