What size is your display tank?

Which pump did you go with and what size pipe for your return?
Well...................
Display is 200G, using Abyzz A200 return pump. !.5" piping out of the sump. Some pics in my build thread, but it's a process (one way to say I haven't gotten water in it yet). I change my mind a lot (thus buying 2 different sumps before settling on how I want to go). Now you're going to make me update my build thread (sigh).

5” pipe length or diameter? Lol

What size is the bulkhead on your return section?

2 - 1.25” bulkheads will fit above the return. Should I do 2 - 1.25” or 2 - 1”?

Can’t decide.
In my case I had 1.5" outlet on the pump so just carried it through. I got some 1.5" high pressure silicone tubing to go from the return pump outlet to bulkhead to minimize vibration. WOW, you want to talk about expensive!! The 1" you can get on BRS pretty reasonably, but anything larger is hard to source.

If I’m running a Tunze ATO, is there a way to route the tubing and sensors into the return section?

Yeah, there are john guest fittings for the plumbing and you can run the sensor wiring either through the notch in the lid cut-out or through the openings in the skimmer section (which is what I'll do). I'm getting fed up with the way my iphone pics keep showing up sideways. Not sure if that's a R2R or Flikr thing, but arghhhh.

Thanks for answering all my questions.

Does 1 “set” of heater holders for $9.99 hold 2 heaters or do you need to purchase 2 “sets”?

Sorry for all the questions but it seems Synergy was getting frustrated with all my questions and asked me to “consolidate all my questions to 1 email” because they were trying to help other customers, ship orders and focus on production at the same time.

It’s a little difficult to consolidate all questions to 1 email because the answers could change how many more questions I may need to ask before purchasing a 1500 dollar sump!

I think you need to order 2 sets for 2 heaters (I honestly can't remember, but pretty sure that's how it was).
