I love tangs but most swim for miles each day on a reef so I always feel a bit sad when I see them in small-to-medium sized tank doing laps like it is Nascar.

I love tangs. Hard to pick a favorite, but I voted for purple. The pattern/striping in the purple body is great and the contrast in purple and yellow is pretty striking.

I've got a Purple and a Hippo...I know it might be cliche, but my Hippo is not only my favorite Tang, but also my favorite fish. So much personality, so silly and whimsical...dancing in the current, playing with empty snail shells when she's bored...love her

My favorite tang to look at is the Unicorn Tang!

That being said, even with my 210, I do not have a big enough tank for one, nor do I anticipate ever being able to have one. That being said, I have seen beautiful specimens at OdySea and the Aquarium of the Pacific!

Love my pbt except when trying to feed my corals. The tang swims over my frag racks flipping his tail to blow the food off my corals. Beautiful and annoying.

I had a nasty PBT I had to get it out! Caused to much chaos and would stress the hippo out
