my friend had the same problem with a 180 gallon all glass, his tank was 8 month old and had the same crack like yours,he went to a local store and they replace the tank. I will give them a call or contact your local store they might help you on the process.
hope that help

Well we figured out what was wrong. the stand had or developed a dip where the tank was suppose to rest on. you could fit a piece of cardboard though it, not a big piece of cardboard more like just a piece of carboard paper. We also noticed a chip of glass missing where the frame covered the glass and this looks to be where the crack started. So we guess the combination of the two caused the crack. to fix the dip I bought a laminate counter top (yes what goes in you kitchen) and put in very small shims where the dip was. The counter top was 3/4 an inch thick, and perfectly flat!! To fix the other problem I bought a brand new marineland tank with corner flow. I am back on my horse.... but if this one goes south I am out!! Let me know if there is anything wrong with my setup everything is level and flat now.

pic of the counter top I used.

I do hope that stuff is stronger than the laminate we had at my last house. There is a lot of weight in a tank that size and just a little deformation can cause you heartache again. If it's another 90 gallon you should have around 700 lbs of tank/water/rock sitting on it... Is there a club or person in your area that can see why the prior stand deformed? Your tank is too nice to end up back in the floor!

Sorry to see this happen such a nice reef tank!Keep reefin it is in our blood

this stuff is very, very strong. my dad had a setup kinda like this on his first tank and his stand lasted 15 years. as to why the last stand deformed it was probebly this way when we first set it up and i was to new to check the gap between the tank and the stand.

Did you have a counter top under your tank that cracked?

No.. it just rested on the lip of the last stand.

Good luck man best of wishes. tc269 your Signature is funny  About choked reading it. Anywho, back to OP got our fingers crossed for yeah.

Well here we are 4 months latter so i thought I would post what she looks like now. Not bad for having a big mess only 4 months ago. But i still cant sleep right at night now. Everytime the tank gurgles or makes a funny sound I have to run out and check on it. lol
