Nice tank Chief. So that nice euphyllia pictured are all withdrawn too?
I have not seen stray voltage affect corals, but not inconceivable. My fish and my fingers certainly notice. Does the wet side of that wavemaker look OK? My experiences with stray voltage have all been with the submerged side -- typically heaters.
Previously I said I'd not heard negative things about fluconazole. Well, here is at least one negative report, not dissimilar to yours. I read others who got dinos after treatment. Therefor, I would double check your nitrates & PO4 again. Your last reported nutrients were ideal (IMO), but reading now how that treatment has a tendency to strip nutrient has me questioning. A quick strip would bleach stonies and **** everyone off. Well, fish don't care.

Update: just got back from a weeklong vacation and everything is looking better by the day. Color coming back on everything. All the coral that was completely white looking is starting to get color back. Still leaning toward the wavemaker I had that burnt up shot stray voltage through my tank but guess I’ll never know for sure.
It's amazing what can happen when we make an adjustment and then just leave things alone for a while.
