tank is crashing.

i’ve had my 90 gal set up for 7 years and this is the first tank crash. i lost a powder blue and a chocolate tang two weeks ago, today i lost one of my clowns. my other clowns and some of my other fish all have the same looking symptoms. i asked everyone at my LFS what to do,,ive quartined the first two fish and i’ve done freshwater dips on my other ones,, can someone help me with a true diagnostic and treatment. here are some pics. i have a UV stearlizer and i am FW dipping with cupramine

Sorry for your losses. That's rough after so long with them :( Anything new "wet" added to the tank in the last few weeks?
the only new thing i added was a lemon peel angel. i work at the LFS so i watched him for several weeks and didn’t see signs of anything
 
they have a separate QT system and it was treated w copper
Trying to figure out if this is velvet or brook your are dealing with in your tank. Early Brook presents like ich/velvet and can be just as deadly. Do you know if the fish were treated at therapeutic copper levels for at least 14 days?
