Sorry for your losses. That's rough after so long with them :( Anything new "wet" added to the tank in the last few weeks?
the only new thing i added was a lemon peel angel. i work at the LFS so i watched him for several weeks and didn’t see signs of anything

Did u qt? Or treat b4 adding?

I was going to ask the same thing. What was the last thing you added?

If you can get the remaining fish in copper, that will kill the velvet rapidly .
i started freshwater dipping today and i added a lemon peel tang which i watched closely for about a month

Was the tank at the LFS dosed with copper?

Yep, did you add anything new at all in the last few weeks? Sorry for your losses :(

Fw dip is for flukes. Your remaining guys need ruby reef rally, stat.

they have a separate QT system and it was treated w copper
Trying to figure out if this is velvet or brook your are dealing with in your tank. Early Brook presents like ich/velvet and can be just as deadly. Do you know if the fish were treated at therapeutic copper levels for at least 14 days?

im not sure if they were

freshwater dipping with copper for 5 min wouldn’t work? if not i’ll check out rally
It’s hard on the fish imo. I avoid fw dips if possible.
