I'm buying a pre established tank as an upgrade. Any advice would be much a appreciated as I have never done this before and don't wanna kill the fish or coral (three clowns) thank you

I would acclimate again just to be safe.

Is it an inplace swap or new location for the new tank?

Basically the live rock and sand (I dont recommend reusing sand) predominantly where the live bacteria resides, keep that alive and all should be well.

The plan was to keep the sand underwater during the move its a 4 inch sand bed, live rock in buckets of water during transport

Plan for the unexpected! I recently helped a friend move a fully stocked (fish, LR, and corals) 300gl system from one house to another 30 mins away. If it might go wrong...plan for it. Better to be over prepared than under prepared. Good luck with your move :-)

Thank you very much, securing the cargo I think will be hard

25 gallons
You should be ok :-) take it slow and make sure you have some help.

Plastic brute trash cans are good to transport rock and water. I would caution you against re-using the sand, do some research about it so you are familiar with why it isnt recommended so you can decide if its the right choice for you. Just remember, that when you re-use someone elses sand you inherit the good, bad, and the ugly. Transport your fish in their own closed top container, have a battery powered air bubbler handy in case they end up being in their bucket longer than usual while you set things up. If you have time, I would also recommend giving all your "new" equipment a vinegar bath.

ya, take your time. most corals and creatures do move well for the most part. moved many take. tend to move most to separate containers. one for fish one for coral one for rock. 25 gallons makes it easy

I have bins that a friend is bringing (used for his rock transport) and I have 4 five gallon containers, fish in one coral in one. Rock and some water in the bins. I don't know how I can get new sand in there in time to move it. It is an 4 inch sand bed and has been running for a couple years in this home.

When I click the link it brings me here....
