Why you gotta rain on my parade my friend?

Lol I'm just kidding with you. I asked the lady when I toured one of there apartments and basically she said you can have a tank but anything that happens you're responsible for the repairs.
That's what ours said, we have to have renters insurance, that's it though lol

I was wondering about that. How much does it cost to have renters insurance for your tank?

Hahaha super cheap renters insurance is renters insurance can't get it for just the tank but it's like 200$ a year if even that lol

That's not too bad. Seems like the safe option to go with it because you just never know.

Nah not at all and you can get quotes and etc to find your best option! I just didn't want to be stuck out if my 170 gallons of water decides to dump out while I'm at work lol I work from 7a to about 11p most weekdays so anything could happen in that time lol. I've found it's helped with my anxiety of not being able to check on it and etc.

I had my 190 in my apartment when I lived in Montreal, cement floors. I also took out extra insurance in case of catastrophe. I now have it in my living room on the second floor, I did use metal support braces underneath in the basement just to make sure that I didn't have any issues.
