And a wet/dry sump with bioballs is the standard for keeping a FO system. No foul there, either.

It's not a reef... Im surprised it has as much as it does... Nothing wrong with a kiss system IMHO.... Heck they had unlimited funds and they chose that equipment "if that says any thing" things that make ya go hmmmmm..:tongue:

I don't know how many of these threads we need to go through were some people just wanna bash the show... can't be that bad eh if they're still talking about it..
For me, I like the show and I think it's very entertaining.. I think that was their intention.. I'm sure they have directors and producers that want to make the show for ANYONE to watch and NOT meant for just the reef enthusiast...

BTW, the wholesaler told an acquaintance of mine via phone (I was standing there during the phone call) that the phone booth tank suffered a complete wipeout.

The bioballs might have enough o2 exchange who knows.... I know they do help a ton with gas exchange being a trickle filter... So maybe it's not flawed who knows..

The filter looked really good for a Fish Only tank IMO.

They did install a bubbler in the phone handset while building the tank.
