Af Reef Salt, AF Carbon, AF Phosphate Minus, to keep good water conditions. With mainly LPS, and sampling with SPS, you could replace minerals and trace with AF Component 123, you may not need much until the reef grows. Water changes if done weekly at 10-15% would likely be sufficient. For coral growth and acceleration, you could use AF Amino Mix, Vitality, Energy, and Power food. You may also want to look into Phyto Mix too. This type or mixed reef does not need what demanding sps reefs do, so you can bypass the Probiotic Method. Cheers

Thanks man thats exactly what i have here on my list of what to purchase. So i wont need any of thst NP Pro or Pro Bio S ?

I would go with the reef salt and the 1+2+3+, keep is simple and as @Perry stated look at carbon option and definitely phosphate minus as you go test and move along.

Yes you will in the near future to control your nutrents

Ok cool so thats what i will order now. Also read to use Bio S at the beggining to kick start the cycle? And good to pit in after water changes? Im putting water in right now as we speak its dripping in my tank from RODI. Ill mix the reefsalt in the tank slowly when it fills

Let the tank run through its cycle. I would start going online with the Np pro and Pro bio s when you introduce the cleaning crew. Remember we want nutrients in the system. Nutrents are considered slight phosphates and nitrates between 2 and 5 and if it goes a little bit higher, no sweat.

Just purchased the rest of my AF products; AF Build, Vitality, Energy, and Amino Mix along with Pro Bio F and Coral Food. I'm excited to see how my corals respond to everything

Give it about two weeks, Take a picture when you first started and the after the two weeks.

I will go and look at my tank back in February 2016 to now and I am blown away.

Do you by chance have any comparative photos? Or anyone? I want to see some before and afters

Just bought my first box of aquaforest salt. Planned to change over time with my water changes. Hope to see the results that every one been talking about.

Oh sweet thanks!

What is all this for?

These are the extra nutrients that you can add to help corals thrive. You can see all of the individual details on the Aquaforest guide

I would start with the reef salt and the 1+2+3
Go here and download the guide that explains what is required
