Can`t have one rentingYour buying RO? Is that just for startup, or do your own system for regular use after the fill?
You don't have to make your own, but with a system that large it would be cheaper in the long run to make your own, plus you can add thr DI to really control your starting water quality.

good idea might have to look into that how long does it to too make 100 gallons? You don't have to hard plumb, if that is your concern. You can just run it off a sink adapter and then store it when not in use.

Thanks for the information will check into itIt will vary with the temperature of the feed water, along with the pressure, the GPD rating and number of membranes will play in as well.
I'm theory (under optimal conditions) it would take 12 hours running dual 100gpd membranes, or a single 200gpd membrane..

going to make a couple of trips to the ocean the maybe get an RO system for sale on my other fish siteYour welcome! Post with any questions.
