TDS METER SHOCKING ME!

Well I'm thinking electricity buddy cause a shock would only happen once not mutiple times I would just give it a run over one more time as the hobby isn't worth ur life.

Yea. It has to be static shock or something. I took it out of that sink that was in the laundry room and brought it to my room on the floor, still shocked me a little

I have the same TDS meter and it shocks me every time I test a bucket of RO. I have to dip a glass and test small amounts of water. Just thought that's how it was.... But ya your not crazy :).
 
On a related note - that TDS meter is the absolute lowest end HM Digital makes - it does not have automatic temperature compensation - we don't recommend it for this hobby.
