Thank you. I did message tenecor guy through r2r about hr ago. Hopefully, I can get some info on my order. See some people talked to a customer service rep? I can't seem to even find a phone number.

After reading all this and not being able to talk to someone for weeks at a time you can take tenecor of my list of future tanks and the responses from their account on here seem to make excuses and pass blame but problems never solved I'll pass

The rep on here said when you get assigned a sales rep you get a contact number from them clearly that's not true along with various other statements

I don't blame you. I'm really regretting ordering from them. Just the stress of not knowing what is going on is horrible.

I saw something about personal sales rep. Was expecting them to contact me after order. But, got confirmation email stating they got my money and haven't received any other updates. Stated on their website when order ships if it comes in damaged not to sign for it and to call them immediately. But, there is no phone number?

Update! Idk if it's because this post but I just now got an email from Tenecor! It said, it's stated on website smaller tanks take 2-3 weeks to ship and my tanks should ship in about a week or so. I knew it said that when ordering. I just didn't know I would be kept in the dark the whole time. With no way to contact them. There was a phone number on bottom of email. So hopefully they will actually come? Idk why they would have no phone # on website? Strange also if you input their address into Google it comes up as a different business with similar name? Called that place and they answered right away and had no idea what tenecor was. Either way these are expensive orders so they need customer service or it makes it extremely stressful for anyone purchasing from them.

my thoughts: took a while for tenecor to get back to me and the quote was pretty on par with the other guys. I would reach out to @Joe Glass Cages , they got back to me within the same day and was able to do the quote on the spot over the phone (they can also do acrylic). While I didn't go with them for this build, bought a returned custom planet, their response time and communication were amazing. They have definitely won my business when I build out the large tank.

Yeah when I worked at alpha aquaculture all the tanks were custom made by glass cages. Lots of tanks made and I think only one was wrong. They made it right with no issues. I know they are good company. Didn't know they made acrylic tanks.

Hi there. Your tank is finished and waiting to be packed. Poor service? We are adding capacity at our fourth facility. We just took delivery of our newest CNC two days ago and it caused slight delays obviously to your order. I guess we are really screwing up and that is why we just keep adding capacity and running two shifts. Three more routers, another large format laser, a high speed edge hander and face frame assembler are on the way. Oh akmost forgot the first dozen of the high definition 3D printers. Please PM me your order number and I will have it cancel immediately. Our customer service department handles a large number of requests. They answer all emails. As for the "different" names, we have seven operating companies. Aquariums are just one of them. Again, please send me your order number and we will cancel it. All the best to you.

We don't have supply issues on standard sheets. The oversize thick gauge is a problem. But not the thinner. Forgot to mention how now we will be adding our signature line of ten foot reefers. Fraction of the cost of current 70 inch tanks.
