Tenecor shipping times?

Another R2R member @rueric inquired about a refugium sump kit for a 20L. This item did not exist this morning. Our design team wanted to show how fast we can go to market. From concept to ready to order, a little over three hours. >>>> https://www.tenecoraquariums.com/products/enecor®-aquaboss™-diy-refugium-reef-sump-kit-20-gallon-long

@rueric, here is your sump kit. it would normally ship same/next production day, but since this is the first one of the line, we would like to double check everything. If you ordered today, it will ship tomorrow or Friday. There should not be any issues with the fit. If there is, we will fix it. Please post your experiences. All the best.
So thankful that the team was able to so quickly turn this around!
Loving the design and ready to pull the trigger.. Couple points of feedback..
1. Is there any way to include a media tray (or two) so it can be placed in between the final baffles?
2. Can you change the clear baffle to all black? would be ideal to have black to mitigate any light bleed from a refugium
3. Bonus, filter sock silencer would be very much welcome!

Not interested in assembling it myself. I would want something deeper than 8" as well. 48x24x16 or 48x30x16 with a center overflow. What depth are the pre-made frag tanks with overflows in the pictures?
Good morning. Here are some options for you:

First off, we offer the 48x30x16 as our ReefPoint® Lagoon Frag Complete Setup. This is a ready to run option with aluminum stand, black bottom, HushFlow™ PowerSump, Sicce® Syncra SDC 6.0, lids and more. The AIO is 8 inches wide in the ReefPoint® Lagoons, with plenty of space in the chambers. Here is the listing >>>> https://www.tenecoraquariums.com/products/reefpoint®-aio-lagoon-aquarium-48x30x16-100-gallon-package-bundle

Option 1) Topped with overflow. Walls would be 3/8 nominal, top, 1/2 inch nominal. Base price would be approx. $1,100 plus shipping. Lids included. Color back included. (we are having a difficult time with blue acrylic. Might be longer and more expensive than black)

Option 2) Topless/zero edge/rimless with overflow. Walls would be 1 inch nominal and the bottom would be 1/2 inch nominal. The back panel would be clear as there is no real good cost effective option for color at 1 inch thickness. Base price would be $1,800 plus shipping.

BTW, the top in option 1 would be a perimeter style with no center brace.

Lifetime warranty on both. Lead times would be approx. 3 weeks as this would go through our custom shop. They are always busy.

Option 3) I know you did not want to go down this path but as a DIY this tank with top would be approx. $700 & topless, approx. $1,500 plus shipping. And shipping would be substantially lower for the DIY.

The 30 inch is a lousy cut. 24 inch wide would save you even more. Couple of hundred bucks.

Please draw up something for the trays. All black is no problem and something we were considering.

As the title would indicate, I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how long it was taking Tenecor to ship out items (as of end of September 2022)? I placed an order for one of their drop in AIO setups for a 75 gallon tank at the end of August and haven't anything from them since on when it might be shipping. I've tried to email them (info@...) but also haven't gotten a response there. I understand they are busy (build a good product and that happens!!), but just trying to set my own expectations on when I can get this tank up and running.

Thanks!
So how do you like the drop in AIO kit? I'm thinking of converting a 55 gallon tank I have set up as FW into a reef with a drop in kit from Tenecor and would love to hear how yours worked out.
