That thing is out of my fever dreams. Four options, bag it up and ship it to king aiptasia or someone else who may like it. Return it to the ocean (offshore). Fire. Proceed to feed and watch it grow.

Man that thing is gnarly!
Did you get it out?

Do you have any Styrofoam Peanuts? Rinse and Soak them in water to make sure they aren’t the dissolving type. Pack the bottle with them, with the bait Furthest from the opening. Weight the bottle down with a rock. Also ceramic bio-media will work, as will very course filter pad.

FWIW I'm 90% sure with a bobbit you gotta rip the tank down or at least where it's burrowed.

they don't ever fully come out for their pray, they leave part of the butt's buried, so he'll just go in, take the bait, and wiggle out.

Not 100% since i've never done it but just from my random research memories down SW horrors lane

Are these things poisonous?
No. Just an aggressive larger worm that bites what it can. It is fast and strong why a strategy is required

I had a live rock with about 3 small ones in. Saw it come out one night and found out it was a bobbit. After seeing how hard they are to remove I took the live rock it was in and tossed it into the trash. Lost a $50 rock but that was way cheaper and easier then trying to save the rock. Watched the tank for 3 months very closely and never saw another. Thank god.
Good luck and just find out what rock it's hiding in and toss.
