Boring thats awesomeFun game. Maybe time to invest in solar....![]()
Be glad you're not a PG&E customer
If you are planning on living in that house long term, always go for a system a bit bigger than what is needed for the house. This will cover you for any future additions to the house. It will save you money not having to rework the whole solar array in the future.
Man, the city is going to think
Awesome, how big is the array physically, how many powerwalls? This is the same reason why I went with a massive solar system when we built our house. It is a bit overkill for this house but I knew the fish tank and things that I might buy in the future will soon cost an arm and a leg in power bills. On a good day mine generates over 100kw of power
Yeah, looking at grabbing a power station for the next time PG&E decides to shut off power. I'm just glad they stopped randomly blowing up pipelines.Be glad you're not a PG&E customer
My gawd man YOU ARE the electric company. On a good day mine generates over 100kw of power

47 Q Cell G6 panels. I think they are 350w or 360w panels. I haven't got any power walls installed atm. The way things work here in Aus is that we get credits for every KW we export. So I am waiting to see if my exports are enough to cover my imports from the grid at night and early in the mornings when the sun is not out. If it is sufficient, then I am not going to bother with any batteries but if that is not enough then I am gonna add a Tesla Powerwall. It cost about $13k here is Australia. That is a reef tank right there (the way I see it at least lol)Awesome, how big is the array physically, how many powerwalls?
