Hi everyone
I have used Red-Sea salt for plenty of time and I'm satisfied with it, I have LPS corals and they are good.
Now I have bought a bigger and larger tank to keep both LPS and SPS, so this is my question:
Should i change my salt? In my country (Iran) we have these brands:
Brightwell
Kent-marine
Deltamarine
TUNZE
SilBerman
AVISA
Red-Sea
Blue-Treasure
Cove
Marinium
Seachem
Reeflowers
Aquacraft
But I can buy other brands from Turkey or Dubai or China.
What is the best SALT you have used.
Thanks

Guys, the best for SPS???
I prefer Red-Sea but I have heard Kent or seachem are good too.
The most important things for SPS are mg, kh, CA.

You're going to get a million different answers. Find a salt that mixes to the levels that you like and stick with it.
Red-Sea, Kent, seachem are the best in my opinion but for LPS, I'm changing my tank to SPS, so I need the best, and certainly many of you guys have more experience in reef keeping than me.

There isn't a "best".

I've tried a bunch and what works best for me is regular IO. The alk mixes right where I like to keep my tank and that why I use it over others.

My tank is sps heavy with small amount of lps and zoa.

Sorry, I didn't get it, the name of your salt is IO?
And would you please send a pic of your tank, I need the aqua spacing too, if you don't mind.
Thx
