The Wrasse Lover's Thread!

I have one of those arriving tomorrow too. If you were actually getting a C.picta, i'd be mad. An Australian endemic that isn't even available here but someone in the US bought one? Well it happens. eastern hulafish are available CB over there and never available here.
I’m curious what Choati success is like in Australia, is it better or still difficult?

Wouldn't know, i've never considered buying one. They're pretty much a dime a dozen here though and our collectors are pretty careful with fish, i've never heard of them being regarded as especially difficult here. I personally think they're one of the ugliest leopard species.

Honestly, I used to want a group of Choati, until I got a Vivian’s and man I’d want a group of them instead

Yeah i think regular ornatus or meleagris are nicer. The white/orange combo just looks weird.

I can’t believe you’ve not seen Tonozukai before - they’re incredibly common here!

Never seen one on the lists around here. I don't get an exhaustive list, but I've been checking weekly for a while now.

My new exquisite wrasse. I think it is a Fiji variant? What do you all think?
