Been back in the hobby for a year and a half now. I just want to thank R2R for offering up such a well moderated website for folks to enjoy. From the responses folks give to bend over backwards to help you out, and the sponsers who I have bought from that do the same(Including Sunny), this is my home reefing website. And I posted again about their Sour Grapes comment, LOL. I know I will get banned now...Oh well. I stopped going there long ago when they pulled my Rainbow fungia selling thread because they felt that I listed the $$ amount too high.

It is a Rizzi (Maltese Name) AKA - Sea Urchin. I collect them every summer while in Malta, then crack them in half and eat what the japanese call UNI (Urchin Eggs) fresh from the sea on some wonderful Maltese crusty bread. Ugh now I want some LOL

RC blows,they ban so many people for the most absurd reasons.I can't even mention the word" skimmer" without being threatened with being banned since I am part of I-Tech skimmers.I never once tried to mention the skimmers I'm part of but since they know they pmed me with a list if rules lol.that site is a joke that's run by *****.I really don't post much there anymore and came over here.they have lost some great knowledgeable reefers due to their egos,but RC's loss is R2R's gain.I for one wouldn't doubt they have accounts here and spy for others to ban.

they commented about you being in the cmas forum and beerguy told them hes not from chicago either lol

Well you can add me to the list. They just banned my account 1/2 hour ago. My reason was "bye". I think it is because my brother in law (we live together) created and account and bashed them in the feedback forum. I (my account) didn't do anything. When I tried to create another account to PM a Mod and figure it out, they banned that account too.

My zoa thread was nominated for thread of the month this month ... Now I really don't want to be associated with RC if that's how they operate. I learned invaluable reef knowledge in Sunnys thread's and talking to Jim. I personally never had any issues with RC , but this really leaves a bad taste . Anyone who has met Sunny could actually see a reefing aura around him. It is visible! lol

beerguy and briand are the biggest pieces of work at that whole place. sucks, too, because briand is somewhat local to me.

After I left another forum due to the annoying people, I went to RC to start up a new home...it was almost like the annoying people followed me, but they were even worse than the last forum

I feel very lucky to have stumbled on R2R. Good people here...owned by good people...moderated by down to earth people.. enough said.

Honestly sometimes the best response is no response at all. If they start hearing crickets they may change. But if people continue to try to go there and create more member accounts you only pad thier statistics. When you are moved on sometimes it is best to just move on. I don't think they remove you from the statistical membership numbers. So every time you have three four or five accounts you are just making those numbers look better to potential advertisers. If you truely want to stick it to RC the best way to do it is to ignore them competely. They will go away. Believe it or not the hobby is bigger than RC and it will not crash if they do. All the BANNED at RC threads just draws more attention to RC. Negative attention is still better than no atention. Just look at all the tabloids. RC is like Lindsey Lohan......they'll never go away if you keep giving them publicity. No disrespect intended to Lindsey Lohan.

I totally agree with this statement!

Also if you aren't banned from RC yet and you post negatively about RC in threads like this anywhere they more often than not see it and will ban you. I have seen it done.
