I don't think so, the app isn't on the app store. Probably if it's unlocked. Apple doesn't want you having control of anything.lol

Everything I have read about pluggin USB items into an APEX has said not to do it. So I never tried it in fear that I would wreck something.

I have been researching it, and looked a little bit on the Neptunes forum. It pretty much sound like you could do this through fusion but you would have to port forward the web cam through you router just like you would have to anyways for a regular web cam. Once you get it port forwarded through your router then fusion can access your phone cam Via the IP address that the app give you for you phone cam. I would have had this done already except the fact I started to research after I left the tank in my wife care after I have left gone. So trying to talk her to set the router up and the phone cam app up is going to have to wait till i have all my fish in the basket so I can walk her through it with least amount of stress. If I get it done I will post but if some one bets me to it or already has please share on what app work for you with fusion and maybe what router you have. I have read just getting a regular webcam to hook up to fusion can be a trick.

Petty good but my phone has overheated twice so far and has to turned back on. So that stinks.

SpartaReef yes you can do it with a regular webcam and still run it though fusion or same cams have there own site you can log into and watch you webcam.

@SpartaReef I miss read your question. You can do it with out cellular service. You just have to hook your phone up to Wifi. If you have an old phone that does not have cellular service or connected to a cell phone company provider and you're connect to Wifi it basicaly becomes a a mini tablet or a iphone with out service is just like a IPOD. As long as you have it connected to wifi you can do anything you could do with it before except Call or text. Some features don't need WIFI.

Awesome I am looking forward to this. The furthest I got was being able to access the droid from within my network. I had some difficulty port forwarding it outside my network. I followed all instructions I could find to a "t" and still had trouble.

@JMSKI333 are you trying to run it through fusion, what phone and app are you using? The hardest part is trying to port forward it through your router and each router is different. I read some place there was a coding with the IP address and help the phones cam IP address to be little bit more accessible through the router. I will look for it and forward the link your way. I could post it here so it helps others too but I don't know if it's allowed to post links to Neptunes forum on here. If your using fusion I would try to access the phone cams IP address through your router from outside your router first to make sure your port forwarding is working.
