Following. This has been pretty sweet so far!
So I got home from work and couldn't stand it lol, had to get busy on the stand for a few hours. I got the upper rail attached and the hardware attached to the doors and hung the doors. And also went ahead and drilled and counter-sunk the door keep rail and got it attached. Next step now that everything moves and functions properly is to take it all apart [emoji19]. And paint everything with a sealer. And get the rest of the body of the stand done and top cut and attached. Still have to build the shelving for the media on the sides too. Lots left to do so stay tuned. It's about to start taking shape. [emoji6]

Well it's been a lil while since I got to work on anything, had my kids for two weeks straight for summer break and have been working a lot too. So not much got done until today. When I got home from work this morning, it was a beautiful day in KY and I had to make the best of it. I got the top cut and the outside dividers for the media chambers since this setup is going directly under my 65" flat screen in my living room. It's really starting to take shape. Still have a lot to do. Make shelves and drill the shelving holes for adjustable shelves, putty everything and sand. Then stain. I went and picked up my 30 gallon Bashsea Signature sump from Whitlyn Aquatics on Thursday and this dude is gonna be a beast and still have plenty of room to add an ATO container off to the side and dosing capabilities with ease. I wanted to be able to pull the sump out and clean it easily so I'm going with a smaller sump and bigger room down below. This is the largest build I have taken on in the last 10 years. And every step is key and well thought out before done. Because once it's done, it's done. Every one knows you can't just redo something later once the tank is fully stocked. I can't wait till it's done but I am also enjoying the process. Hopefully I can bring you more progress this week. One step at a time. Happy Reefing!
Ok, so I’ve been working a lot over the last month, and finally got this baby plumbed, sump lit, water tested for a week in the shop, drained. And moved into the house and leveled and all put back together. This thing is a beast. WiFi hooked back up and mounted on the wall. All I like is, mounting the swingout LED light bars and she’s finally ready to fill. It’s been a long 6 months to fund this beast, but my new skimmer is on the way. Can’t wait to stock this dude...
