Time for an Skimmer!!! Need your recommendation..

While I may be "slightly" biased  I would like to throw Simplicity skimmers into the hat. No other skimmers offers the same value of the following: DC Pump, high build quality, performance and customer support that we do.
We answer our phone
We have parts on hand ready as needed
We have excellent reviews
We have performance and build quality that will shock you at the sticker price we sell for.

Somatic 60s.. Ive got one on a 43 gallon system and it works well and quality is high.

Of the skimmers I have used over the years this one is my favorite so far.

Simplicity DC or Ice Kap K2-120 if on a budget and want dead silent. Lifereef if you never want to buy one ever again.

Ok friends, finally got my skimmer. Reef Octopus 110. Now, do you suggest to clean it up before installing or is ready to assembly and put it to work?

Aquamaxx CO-1 is a great skimmer for tanks under 75 gallons..
Requires a little higher sump water level so may not be a option for some.
A little cheaply built but that is a budget skimmer but nothing in that size will out perform it.

Edit:
oops didn't see you got a skimmer...
