Tomini tang spot?

Hey guys just got home from work and noticed this spot on my tomini tang anything to worry about?

I’ve had it for about a week I have 2 clowns and a fox face with it 75 gallon tank

I added the fox face and tang together the clowns have been in the tank for about a month in a half 2 months

Does any of the other fish showing signs of illness?

I would do a 5min fresh water dip on the tang.

Do you have a QT set up?

The other fish are fine nothing on them and everyone is acting normal and I do not have a QT set up but I have a extra tank that can be set up if needed just never had to do it yet

It's probably the start of a bacterial infection or an injury.

Bristle tooth tangs are rather hard to diagnose sometimes.

I would give the fish a 90 minute bath in Ruby Reef Rally as a preventative measure and keep a close eye on it.

If it becomes red/white or begins to look like an open sore then you may need to move to a QT and medicate.

It kind of does look like towards the end of him he had a little scrape I wonder if he got cut somehow and that is what started it. What should I use on him? I have a fish store by me that should have the medicine I would need for him

Follow the advice @HotRocks posted, if you can't find Ruby Reef Rally you can use api fungus cure as it also has arciflavine in it

You can use a 5 gallon bucket to give him a 90 minute bath, match temp and salinity to the water he is in, aerate and add a small heater.

I can't think of anything else right now, let us know how he does and keep a close eye on him

Bad news the 3 stores around me doesn’t carry any sort of medication so I’ll order it off amazon and get it here tomorrow or Friday depending on what’s available from them. But I do think it is the start of a bacterial infection because it’s just a tiny scrape on him should I put him in the QT tank for the time being or do you think he’ll be fine till I get that medication
