Tonga Branch Rock SHOW ME YOUR SCAPE

I found mine local. Couple of large pieces fused together with a few smaller pieces mixed in. I like how it turned out...

what I came up with after my less than amazing selection from brs. I ordered 60 pounds and about half of it wasn't even really tonga, just a giant flat base piece that all the tonga originally grew out of. Really unhappy with what they sent but the shipping to alaska is completely insane so I just tried to work with it
I actually really like that. Nice but simple, just what I'm looking for.

With such little amount of rock (but very nice rock) what's the plans for biological bacteria ?

My 20g Nuvo. Tough to see with just the blues on but I love the simple rock and my little barnacle on the side

My old 120 was primarily the fake Tongan (wouldn't buy again) but it turned out OK. Used ceramic blocks in sump for bio-filtration.

I have seen a thread of DIY Tonga rock work that was cool. I really like the openness of Tonga rock, just always a little unsure of how’s it holds up once the corals really take off. With expanding base and the weight of the corals as they grow.

Every piece arrived broken in multiple places. Gluing/epoxying them back together was a project.
