Top down shots! My favorites!

You got it goin' on Dave. I didn't realize you were such a good photographer. I've never tried top down shots because I never could figure out how to tell what I was doing unless I got my head in the canopy!

Thank you H@rry! Unfortunately you do have to put your head in the canopy for top down shots. Or slide it out of the way.

Wowza! Great color. My tank looks pretty good but my photography skills kinda suck. You should give us all lessons.

Thank you! I can try to do that at a NARC meeting sometime. But I'm not very good at teaching, or so my wife says....;)

Stunning as expected.

Great shots!! I'm not sure if I'm more impressed by the photo skills, or the reefing skills! Your stock looks factastic and very healthy!

Thank you very much! My photography is getting much better and I think I am just lucky with this set up.

Great shots! Everything looks awsome.

Thank you! How is the stuff you got from me doing?

Well, I had to turn the return pumps off again today for more tank maintenance so I went ahead and turned all the pumps off and took some more pictures. I'm uploading them to photobucket as I type this. Will post as soon as they finish...Stay tuned

Finally! Man, my network is SLOW tonight!

I am finally getting my color back to my LPS now that H@rry corrected my procedures for using the Hanna PO4 meter ;) LOL

Those are fantastic. By the way, what were you doing with your checker that H@rry corrected you about? Maybe he needs to correct me.

Thank you! I did not read the directions to it. I just read the one for the Alkalinity and assumed it was the same...I was putting the unreacted sample in the meter and turning it on then pressing the button and waiting for the C2 to show up then I was putting the reagent in the tube and shaking it up and then putting it back in the meter and just pressing the button again. I wasn't holding it down and waiting for the 3 min. countdown to start...... My Po4 got up to .13!!!! but the meter was showing .03-.05 now that I got it right and running GFO with regular water changes its back down to .02-.03 where it is supposed to be. Needless to say I'll read the directions from now on ;)
