Good water quality, lighting and flow. The dead head will not regrow. Focus on keeping the good head alive.

Either water changes or dosing 2-part along with trace elements. Those intertwine in stable parameters. If you need to dose to keep stable parameters then yes

Ok I thought maybe giving a little boost would help my tank stays pretty good on my parameters

Just don’t chase parameters too much. Figure out what numbers you like and keep them there. Don’t mess with lights and parameters too much because then it stresses them out. Flow is really big for torches too. I killed a torch by having too much direct flow on it

Ok I will try that the flow is good the power head is 6 ft away from all my torches

Yes this the way I got my tank set at pulse mode so it rocks them back and forth with ease

Sounds like you’re good. Just keep those parameters stable, make sure they’re getting proper lighting, and feed them every few days with quality food (I prefer reef roids and LRS reef frenzy)

I was watching a thing on reefroisg in the proper way I guess is to make a paste right it's on YouTube And the guys tank look so awesome
