I have a 75g refugium. It works but you really need one the same size as your tank to really do much.
@Acroporaaddict do you feed a lot of pe mysis by any chance?
37ugl for tin! Oh my, get some metasorb from 2little fishies worked great for me. Your gunna have to figure out where all those metals are comming from
I'm all ears of you know of one type that removes these elements best.Hi trigg
More depends on algae quality and quantity
Its not so simple for me to explain you in english my knowledge about heavy metals
It could be, did you mention what brand?Usually 1 or 2 cubes a day
I have a feeling they are coming from the Ca, Mg, Alk and mineral salts I'm dosing. tank started going downhill when I switched to the new additives

Some of them even list copper and zinc etc on their ingredients. But i believe i read that some of these bind together and basically eliminate each other in the end. Or something to that effect.
May i ask, what kind of additives? It certainly could be a build up of those elements due to supplements. Overall i think you should deffinitly run a polymer or a triton detox. Switch to a different supplement and do some more icp testing. Have to take small steps and narrow it down, check for any equipment or object that could contain any metals that is in contact with your tankUsually 1 or 2 cubes a day

Do you run any gfo or carbon?I started noticing problems after I switched to Aquaforest Component 123. I'm going to put my BRS 2 part back on the doser and do a couple large water changes this week
Do you run any gfo or carbon?
I would guess that the aquaforest is not the main supply for copper or other metals in your tank. Their copper additives are not very potent. Still switching would be a good idea because dosing all thoes metals without the use of zeolites, carbon, weekly waterchanges and such could end with some building up. If you were using coral e it has a form of copper in it.
