Velvet should be gone after a few days in full therapeutic copper. If your copper levels dropped then that gives the velvet a chance to continue it's lifecycle.

Its probably day 3 of full therepeutic copper. Im sure it didnt dip down below therapeutic these 3 days.
Do you think the white part is velvet?

I can't tell much of anything from that picture, but it looks more like a secondary bacterial infection than velvet.

an acriflavin dip followed by an antibiotic like kanaplex or furan2 would be the way to go.

I dont have an afriflavin i think.
Here i have ruby reef rally. Kordon rid ich. Would these 2 work?

And the kanaplex i just mix with food and seachem focus right?

Ruby Reef Rally has acriflavin in it, so that will work just fine. The kanaplex should be dosed in the water to have the best effect.

I just did a 75mins bath. i did 2/3 tsp on 1 gallon container.
i put the pbt, pt and clown in the bath.
I also dosed kanaplex and metroplex.

there is definitely something wrong with the clown.
Its not showing any slime so its not brook. no white dots or spots either. so no ich. maybe velvet but internal? i have already coppersafe in therapeutic level for 3 days. it should have been gone by now right? or acting much better

theres nothing on the body just heavy breathing and swimming really different than before. it has been like that before the bath.
so im only thinking velvet that is internal or flukes that is internal also.
im thinking of dosing prazipro. but not sure because ive read its not good to dose prazipro together with coppersafe.. and now that i also put antibiotics.
what should i do?

Velvet and flukes are an external issue. The closest they come to internal is being in the gills. Now, there are intestinal worms but you would see white stringy poop from the infected fish. The heavy breathing can be from flukes at this point, but I don't think that I would add prazi to the concoction you've got going. Wait until the antibiotics are done. You could give the fish some relief by doing a freshwater dip (5 minutes) which would also let you check for those flukes.

Today is the final day for my Emporator in Cupramine. I was in the LFS today and the guy that maintains the tanks told me I need to remove the Cupramine slowly, no more than 10% a day. I thought you can do a massive water change to get it out as quickly as possible.

What's the answer?

@Humblefish

Do a massive water change/run Cuprisorb to pull it out of the water ASAP.

Copper is a poison, so there's no downside to getting an animal out of poison ASAP so they can begin to detoxify.

Maybe he got confused and meant you need to raise Cupramine slowly??

Thanks, Humble. Don't think he was confused, just wrong. He told me it's just as important to lower slowly as it is to raise.

Unfortunately for a lot of folks in the hobby, @melypr1985 and @Humblefish don't run their local fish store. Fortunately for us, we have her and a host of other excellent resources to help us out!

So true. My emporator was showing significant signs of HLLE. Always perfect health, over 6". Cupramine took its toll, he needed to be out of it asap. Humble and Mel have been and hopefully will continue to be an encyclopedia of knowledge.
