I was wondering if I should treat my main tank and if so how with my coral being in there? I dont have a lot in there but I do have 5 frags starting out.

If it's for ich/ velvet, you can eliminate it from the display tank by leaving the display fishless for 76 days. Inverts can remain. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/fallow-periods-going-fishless.190324/

Ever. Copper will kill those corals. GoldeneyeRet's got the right of it - with no fish in the tank, ich or velvet will starve to death within a period of 76 days. ~Bruce
