Is this a new tank? If so, they'll probably die off sooner or later. I used to have lots of pineapple sponges and other types of sponges. Now I have none at just 2 years in.

Just wondering how to thin them out? Slow them down. Oh well, need to cover the rock with corals.

Its been up over a year. Still battling diatoms on the sand. I had pineapples too but they are gone now
