The safety connector is not just a switch, but also the (fused) breakout box – so how do you hook up to a backup system without it?Hey, I am looking for a battery backup for tunze pumps but I'm really curious what you found. Could you pm me this?I just figured something out on my Ecotech Battery backups that means I wont need the tunze safety connector now.

I don't believe they are anything all that special.Reviving and old thread. Sorry to bother @Brew12 but I’ve no knowledge myself so can’t judge what is good and what isn’t.
How do these look?
Or would something else on there be better?
seems like things are advancing in terms of solar batteries and the like so anything new there?
cheers,
Tony

Don't need the safety connector (cheap), or don't need the battery(expensive)? Or both? The safety connector is not just a switch, but also the (fused) breakout box – so how do you hook up to a backup system without it?
