my turbo snails was flipped over and sucked in. When I picked it up it fell out. I put the shell back on top of it it think it's dead. Should I toss it out or should I let the bristle worm and hermit crabs take care of it. If I keep the shell will it smell ? It fell clean out looked nasty when it came out please give me suggestions.

+1, take him out. He did all that work to remove algae, detritus and organic sludge. If you let him rot in the tank, everything he removed will degrade back in. Sucks to lose a snail but removing the dead bodies is a great example of nutrient export, albeit not as preferred as algae harvesting.

I always take them out. More stuff to rot and cause problems. Make sure you where a glove. Turbo snails smell bad.
Ok I didn't smell nothing yet but wasn't close either. My water don't smell. Is it safe to say it's dead since it feel out the shell when I picked it up

Yea, they can't reattach to the shell.

Should I keep the shell ?

Yes, just clean it first. Don't use bleach or vinegar as they will dissolve the shell. Just use warm water and then let it sit in the sun to try out. If there is any 'meat' left in it, you may need to 'cure' it like a live rock. If you have hermits, they will enjoy it. If you don't, it will still add a natural element to your tank.
