Still trying to find more info about mixing these guys, but not having much luck either.

Thank you for your input @4FordFamily! Hopefully we will get some more opinions and/or experiences. Do you think that the odds would be better since his tank is fairly large and both the fish are small right now? (Rabbit is smaller, he's just over 2")

Hi there! Although I know he would do well in a 40 for a while, I'm really trying to find someone who can house him for the entirety of his lifetime and at his max potential size.
The large tank theoretically helps the case

Well I found a couple threads here and on other forums that people have housed rabbits and foxfaces, but very few of them mentioned tank size, fish size, or even how long the fish had been living together. I shall keep searching, maybe one of the gurus will join in later today :).

I think housing them together is a terrible idea...but I have read reports that a smaller tank makes them feel safer and more secure lol....truuuuusssstttt meeee [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

If the title had wrasse in it, I could help; my experience with rabbit fish is zero I'm afraid.

Rabbitfish has a home lined up now. #mods this thread can be closed now, thank you.
