Let’s see the ugliest corals you have. I know they’re out there. So let’s see what you’ve got. Here’s my impulse bought hammer that I don’t even want to look at

Any ugly corals I've added over the years have since been yanked out. I tend to act like a gardener and if corals don't reach their beautiful potential, I replace them.

That said, I've definitely made my corals ugly! Here's my JF Fox Flame after a combination of bulb change on my T5 and Vibrant treatment. Not happy!

The one I regret is this absolutley gorgeous rock of brown Palys. I was talked into it when I first set up my 55 gallon a couple years ago. Needless to say it is no longer in my tank!

That’s actually a really nice hammer, it just needs less white light. The brown will turn black in blue light. I have one that is similar.

It looked just like yours when I ran a whiter spectrum.

Is the mouth on yours green? I’ve never seen one like this actually. Even the sellers pic is the same as mine.

I never see the mouths but I don’t think so. But the tentacles looked like yours when I had a whiter spectrum.

I see. This is in my nano. I honestly don’t take care of this tank enough sadly. But I threw in all of my RBTAs in it months ago and they’re growing. So I’m not too ashamed
