When that guy begins to open up, it will get very cool. The polyps and movement on these guys makes them beautiful. Get some flow on it and light and you will love it. :)

+1 anemone crabs are awesome. Mine will not host my anemone.
Mine loved my BTA and when the BTA walked away, the crab seemed so sad. But I love porcelain crabs so much. Had mine for well over a year and so fun to watch him grow. The crab would protect it from peppermint shrimps. And porcelain crabs have the weakest claws in nature. Can’t even catch food.

Yea I have to hand feed mine shrimp other than that he spends his days picking up small clumps of GHA and eating that he is not very efficient.

I use a turkey baster to try to get mine food. It reaches its claws out but usually can’t even grab hold. I can see why they filter feed...

Yea I also feed mine reefroids much more effective.
Good call. I’m getting lazy with feeding my tank. I’m cultivating phyto and growing brine shrimp in it. I drop in a little every few nights after lights out. I’m hoping they’re all eating well.

No way. Makes it more interesting. I never was good at liking that sculpted look though. I am the one in the neighborhood who will not edge the sidewalk because I like the wild look. I plant crazy plants that bees and hummingbirds and such love and they are never symmetrical.
My neighbors meanwhile have all the sculpted bushes and perfectly edged lawns.
Go figure.
