Well this is Abyzz for you....ha!

Ps. How would you like to have an Abyzz pump running your system?

Looks photoshopped?

What would that even be for?

I mean it would suck in a fish like nothing.
You hear of mp-60 getting a fish occasionally, imagine this thing.

A anemone would be shredded.

He hashtagged #AFC1200 so I am assuming it is real and it's for public aquarium installations of some sort!

I'm not sure if this is also an Abyzz, but here is one I took a pic of at the Tiergarten Schönbrunn in Wien. So, evidently, the answer is....penguins. lol

That looks like a hydrowizard (panta rhei) ecm 63. It's been for sale for many years.

My next return pump and future returns I believe will be the abyss. Although it carrys a hefty price tag, it sortove takes your eyes off the fact they issue a 10 year warranty. Just recently I had the pleasure playing around with the smallest abyss pump, a buddy of mine had bought for his new system. Well exceeded my already high expectations, definitely a pump someone should look into.

The cost though!

I suppose ridiculous is in the eye of the beholder (in my case acceptable ridiculous is that I have Vortech mp60s), but $1800 for a return pump …. I don't think so. Cannot imagine what that big propeller pump would cost. The hydrowizard ecm63 is $7,500.

I had looked at Abyzz for my tanks but settled on Royal Exclusive instead. Same warranty, features, and head pressures for a significant price decrease. Still an expensive pump but I think is a better value over all. The Abyzz are smaller if space is an issue though.

That is a serious power head though.

Abyzz is probably the best quality pump manufacturer in the market.. That said, their abyzz 200 can make standing 6-8" waves in a 20' long tank, and that's their SMALLEST pump.

So if they make something like an abyzz... 25? Yeah, that would work for my tank lol

I just dont understand why their return pumps that are more in line for hobbyist tanks at $1900 or $2600, no one else that makes similar pumps are even close to that price.
