Unbelievable ICP-Analysis results

My first time using the ICP-Analysis. The results come back with my Ca, Mg, K, Na.... all with 0 ppm. How can it happen? I am using Hanna test kit for Ca and my result is 450 ppm and all my SPS are growing with good color

. How can they screw up my test results like that??

I'd call and explain why the results make no sense, and request another test.

Maybe an intern fumbled a vial and filled it up with random water they had lying around to cover it up lol

More likely someone didn't put in those numbers correctly somehow

I did not have a good experience with them recently. Took them weeks to get me results and their customer service in the interim was terrible.

They gave me my test result of the RODI water too. Look perfect. 0 ppm I am happy with that result

OMG, if that is the case, whoever doing that testing for my water sample should get fire. That is not the kind of mistake they can afford to make

I had a great experience with Triton. Only tried ICP-Analysis.com because it was cheaper

I'd contact them and let them know they screwed up. I've used them and they were accurate to my tests. Obviously, that test is not marine water.

ATI. I have sent off 6 tests to them this year and not a single issue

Just a quick update after I contact their support. They were able to look into the issues and fix my testing results. Now my online test results lineup with my own water tests at home

Fixed? You can’t really trust anyone now except yourself lol
