I know. Chasing the number is never a good way for reef keeper. It will drive people crazy and end up with $$$$ worth of bottles of chemical you don't know what to do about them ;( Observation on the coral growth and color are the way to go.

How did they end up fixing the issue? Did you have to send in new samples of water? That’s crazy that everything came back 0ppm!!Just a quick update after I contact their support. They were able to look into the issues and fix my testing results. Now my online test results lineup with my own water tests at home
