Okay, the display did a restart after the module update but I will give it another shot... Never seen hardware with such "fussy" software variables lol

So I haven't updated you all in a few days because I've been using the manual and trying to figure this out for myself but the knot on my head is becoming quite large from banging my head against the wall.
1. I was able to get down to 1 clock finally (picture 1)
2. My display time has been set and "Day hours" are set from 0800-2030. However it never enters the Dim setting and remains in the day setting of full bright.
3. My refugium light has got to be the most frustrating thing yet. Im about to let it be controlled by a wifi outlet. Below I've posted screenshots of both ways I have tried to run it. No matter what it will just not cooperate.
Can anyone please chime in if you have any ideas? This is my first Apex, I am a novice to it but rather computer programming savy so I speak that fluently.
