Welcome to R2R!!! What are you looking to add coral wise when flow come into play? Softies and LPS like no more than 10-20x. SPS like 40x plus. If corals are of no interest, then, almost any flow pump will work.

I use the nero 3 in mine and love it. I also don't think you need a skimmer, especially this early. Just let your tank mature a bit and leave the nutrients in there. My fluval is almost a year old and heavily stocked and I still have not added one.
