Poor lil dude sadly I’ve had a negative experience with ups aswell from live aquaria yellow watchman goby 3 emerald crabs 3 hermits didn’t get my package till 4 days after it was supposed to be here lots of phone calls to live aquaria and ups tracking system said in transit but everyone at ups kept giving me the run around they had no clue where it was it’s on it’s way it’s on the truck then I get a call oh sir there was a notice left on your door (which never happened) my package was available for pick up at a local ups store when I got there my package was inside a Black trash bag and inside another cardboard box my package from live aquaria was obviously damaged during transport and had leaked which ups would not own up too or give me a explanation said it was wet when they received it :mad:emerald crabs bag had been punctured and leaked they all died and yellow watchman was also a goner but the hermits survived but anyways my live aquaria handled everything and were very pleasant to work with they apologized a million times and replaced the entire shipment free of charge you should have no issues getting your money back or a replacement
