URGENT help needed

Welcome to R2R! I had a pipe fish a few years ago that came in with one, I took it off with some tweezers. Pipe fish is still alive in the tank of the person I sold it to 5 years later. I've seen pictures of them on the tongues of fish. They aren't harmful to fish unless they keep them from breathing or eating properly.

^^ All good advice above. You want to be on the lookout for any other isopods in your tank. Beautiful skunk clown BTW, they are my personal favorite.

It loctated on the bottom fin. The image it in my first post
