I've never used it. I'm an API guy (but only when it comes to their copper test kits), but most LFS I advise prefer Chemetrics.

Bad news. The lady from Hanna just called me saying that the test is not for saltwater.

Maybe we should start a new thread with a poll,.....on how many of us would like one made for saltwater, and contact Hanna to join in with answers to our question and discussion's ?

Yeah, I got the same news this morning from the RI facility.
I spoke with a tech support guy and he confirmed it for me too.
While I had him on the phone I also asked about a saltwater copper checker and he said it's doubtful, because with saltwater there are just too many variables.

I like it for measuring Cupramine; but many colorblind people vehemently disagree with me on this. It seems they prefer the Seachem test kit.

Ya, it also comes down to user preference as far as popularity, cool packagery of the box ect.....
